80% of people under 25 reported feeling lonely in the past year. The World Health Organisation now classifies loneliness as a global public health crisis. Former US Surgeon General Vivek Murthy warned that chronic loneliness carries health risks comparable to smoking 15 cigarettes a day.

and he doesn’t just choose you, he left another Friend, a promise, an advocate to be with you — his Holy Spirit:

the belonging isn't from finding a community to be your audience. it’s saying yes to the one who already knows you by name.
the community is not without cost. but there’s no greater friend than one who would lay down his life.
the greatest friendship, the greatest community you can be part of, has already chose you — before you knew you needed it, before you'd done anything to earn it.

it’s a supernatural peace, beyond what we can understand.
a peace that comes from complete wholeness, everything the way he intends.
